RJ joined the Huckins team in 2016. He has been a woodworker/carpenter for the past 14 years. Prior to assuming the role as carpentry foreman at Huckins, RJ worked in a mill, restored custom antique furniture, did interior trim and shipwright. He has also burned the midnight oil restoring his own 30' 1976 Bristol sailboat. RJ moved to Florida as a wilderness instructor for Outward Bound, so it should be no surprise that when he is not working he is outside enjoying nature. He is also caretaker to the Huckins cats.
