David Harkness graduated from Wyotech Daytona's Marine Technician program in 2014 and joined the Huckins team in 2015, becoming the Mechanical foreman in 2021. He holds the ABYC systems technician certification and has extensive experience with electro-mechanical systems. A 24-year Navy veteran, David was drawn to Huckins by the love and respect for that PT boat tradition. He lives in Jacksonville with his partner Danette and their cat Simi.
