Paint Foreman

After several years of dedicated leadership as our Service Manager, PJ Rogers is stepping into a familiar role as Paint Foreman. With 31 years of experience in marine service operations and a sharp eye for detail, PJ brings a wealth of technical knowledge and hands-on expertise back to the paint department.
His deep understanding of boatyard processes, commitment to quality workmanship, and strong relationships with both clients and crew make this transition a natural and welcome one. We’re excited to see PJ continue making a lasting impact in this new capacity.
Outside of work, PJ enjoys kayak fishing and spending time with his dog, Amelia.
