Born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida, Kim brings a strong background in customer service and accounts receivable to the boating industry. In her role, she helps ensure every service request is handled efficiently, coordinates communication between clients and the service team, and manages billing with accuracy and attention to detail. Kim is approachable, organized, and dedicated to making every boat owner’s experience smooth and hassle-free. When you receive a billing statement or service update from us, it will most likely come from her.
Outside of work, Kim enjoys traveling and hiking.
